magemeek22
Here's another XYZ-countering card I came up with. Unlike my previous post, "Stratification of Heart", this card focuses more on simply getting a monster onto your side of the field from your opponent's Xyz. This is also a Quick Play spell with really no cost or benefit to your opponent, but I assume it'll work since it still lets your opponent keep their monster. Anyways, I hope you guys read and review this card! Select 1 Xyz Monster your opponent controls, then detach 1 Xyz Material from that monster; Special Summon the detached Xyz Material from your opponent's Graveyard to your side of the field. BoricuaBeast
Epic effect, but it kinda needs a downfall if you're doing something that vile, such as the monster that was summoned couldn't activate it's effects, or can't be used as XYZ material, etc.
magemeek22
I see what you mean by the fact that the card needs a downfall/cost, but I feel like since it is XYZ-specific, this isn't absolutely necessary. I mean, I suppose discarding 1 card or paying 1000 Life Points could be a fair cost... anyone else have any opinions?
Therrion
I disagree, it is perfect the way it is. The card is very nice, doesn't hurt your opponent other than removing a material, and serves only to even out your CA (1-4-1 ftw). It isn't OP, it isn't UP, it is useful---and should remain as is. Not too much to CnC on, considering you released it as a perfect card.
magemeek22
Well first, thanks for all the compliments :) I guess I can say that this is my first solidly balanced card. Let's hope I can make more in the future XD

Titus
Do you or your opponent get to choose which card is detached? Or is it random?
Sora1499
SUP OPHION?!?! XD The card is actually pretty neat, especially in the mirror. Adds another layer of depth to Xyz-based decks, especially mirror matches, and spices up the game a bit. It's not game-breaking, but it's decent. Me gusta. Overall Score: 10/10, shits on Ophion
