Obviously, we need a whole bunch of cards to support it :D Streaked Steel Missile Track Level 10 Machine 3000/2500 When your opponent declares an attack: Send any number of cards from your hand to the Graveyard, and if you do, Special Summon this card from your hand, also inflict damage to your opponent equal to the number of cards sent to the Graveyard this way X200. You can activate this effect even if you control a face-up "Rocket Arrow Express". You cannot conduct your next Battle Phase. Freight Train "Fearful" Level 10 Machine 0/0 If you control a level 10 Machine-type monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). You can activate this effect even if you control a face-up "Rocket Arrow Express". You cannot conduct your Battle Phase during the turn this card is summoned by this effect. Coal Track Steam Spout Level 10 2800/3000 Machine EARTH If you control no monsters: You can Normal Summon this card without Tributing, but its ATK and DEF become 0 until your next Standby Phase. Once per turn: You can target 1 Level 10 monster in your Graveyard; Reduce this card's ATK and DEF to 0, and if you do, Special Summon that target, ignoring the Summoning conditions. The summoned monster's effects are negated, also reduce its ATK and DEF to 0. You can activate this effect even if you control a face-up "Rocket Arrow Express". Spells Track Repair Normal Spell Card Activate only while you control a Machine-type monster with lower ATK than its original ATK. That monster's ATK becomes its original ATK, and if that monster gained 2000 or more ATK: Draw 1 card. You can activate this card and its effects even if you control a face-up "Rocket Arrow Express". Track Nailing Quick-Play Spell card Activate only when a Rank 10 Monster is Xyz Summoned. Inflict 2000 damage to your opponent. The effect of that Xyz Monster cannot be activated this turn. Parallel Track Normal Spell Card Target 1 Machine-type monster you control; reduce that card's ATK to 0, and if you do, Special Summon 1 Level 10 Machine-type monster from your hand. Its ATK and DEF become 0. This card and its effects can be activated even if you control a face-up "Rocket Arrow Express". Bullet Station Field Spell You can activate this card and its effects even if you control a face-up "Rocket Arrow Express". Once per turn: You can send 1 Machine-type monster from your hand to the Graveyard to target 1 Machine-type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target, ignoring the summoning conditions, but its ATK and DEF become 0, and its effects are negated. Golden Nail Normal Spell Card Add 1 Level 10 Machine-type monster from your deck to your hand. (You'll get the reference if you're a history buff.) Traps Track Switch Normal Trap card Activate only when your opponent activates a card effect when you declare an attack while control a face-up Rank 10 or higher Xyz Monster. Negate that effect, also change the attack to a direct attack. The Hookerman's Light Normal Trap Card Activate only when a Level or Rank 10 Machine-type monster destroys an opponent's monster by battle.
