How will you summon them if they cannot be special or normal summoned? I guess it doesn't matter when Goku isn't effected by Trap card effect monsters, or spell cards.

 

Effect fixes (why not)

 

Goku: Privilege Normal

This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card is unaffected by the effects of other cards face-up on the field. During your opponent's End Phase you can tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Goku: Super Saiyan" from your Deck.

 

Goku: Super Saiyan

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. During you opponent's End Phase you can tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Goku: Super Saiyan 2" from your Deck.

 

Goku: Super Saiyan 2

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card is unaffected by the effects of face-up monsters and Trap cards on the field. During your opponent's End Phase you can tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Goku: Super Saiyan 3" from your Deck.

 

Goku: Super Saiyan 3

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card is unaffected by the effects of other cards face-up on the field. During your opponent's End Phase you can tribute this card to Special Summon 1 "Goku: Super Saiyan 4" from your Deck.

 

Goku: Super Saiyan 4

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card is unaffected by the effects of other cards face-up on the field and cannot be sent to the Graveyard or Banished. If this card's battle position is changed to face-up Defence Position, it can not be changed to face-up Attack Position. While you control this card you can only control Saiyan-Type monsters.

 

 

Ridiculous cards to be honest. Take too long to get out and are overpowered, not to mention fake types. Also you posted Multiple Pop-Culture cards in the Realist Cards - Single section. Anything to do with TV Shows/Anime should be in the Pop-Culture section.
