I got bored, so I came up with an XYZ , so excuse my randomness.

Once per turn, when your opponent activates a Spell or Trap card during the Main Phase, you can detach 1 XYZ material from this card and banish 1 card in your hand to negate the activation of that card and destroy it. While this card has XYZ material(s), it gains the following effect(s)
• If this card has a Fusion Monster attached to this card as XYZ material, increase this card's ATK by 500.
• If this card has a Synchro Monster attached to this card as XYZ material: Once per turn, when your opponent's monster declares an attack, you can negate the attack and inflict damage equal to that monster's level or rank x100."

New original atk = 2200

Now you have a 1 time negator (most of the time) that is either a 3200 beater, or a 2200 better utopia with burn

Good card... Effects, Rank, especified monsters for the XYZ Summon... Is balanced... The deffect is banish 1 card of your hand and detach 1 XYZ material. Only detach the material. This monster losses very when do it.
