Let's try and fix with OCG first!

 

"Undead" is not an actual type. You can use "Zombie" instead.

 

And the effect:

 

This card can only be Special Summoned by tributing (sacrificing is wrong, actually) 2 monsters you control and banishing 3 cards (Instead of "removing from play". You also need to be specify from where!). If you control no other monsters; return 1 monster your opponent controls to the hand. You can use this effect only once per turn.

 

If I remember correctly, ";" is for actions that follow by obligation, no matter what. By using ":", the player can choose whether he will activate the effect or not.

 

 

Regarding its usability, this card scores quite low.

 

First off, the cost is too much, considering that this card can return an enemy monster to the hand only if it is your only monster. Its ATK and DEF also are very low.

 

My suggestion is to remove the obligation of it being your only monster in order for the returning effect to work. increase its level to 7 and as well as its ATK and DEF if you want to keep the same cost. Alternatively, you can change the cost and still increase the potency of this monster's effect, but by a lesser dgree, of course.

 

However, I am no expert. I think that other members wil be much more insightful.

btw undead its a type..check in yugico and yeah.

Undead is the Japanese name for what is Zombie-Type in English. Yugico has both for some odd reason. 

And yeah, it's high cost really isn't worth it, especially since it's effect is very underpowered for it's cost.
