For future reference, you should post the lore of the card in text so people can see it in case they can't load the image.
Ok, first off, this has many OCG errors. Here's a fix:
"This card can only be equipped to a Warrior or Beast-Warrior-type monster. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to banish 1 monster on the field. If you activate this effect, you cannot activate this effect during your next turn. If the equipped monster attacks an opponent's monster, that monster loses 500 ATK & DEF during Damage Calculation only."

The banishing effect makes it too much like an easier-to-setup Caius. You should dumb it down to make it a bit like Junk Archer, except instead of returning on the End Phase, it returns during the next Standby Phase.
