Syncopation
This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Normal Summoned or Set by tributing 1 monster with the original attack of 3000 or more. Neither player can Fusion Summon. If your opponent controls a Special Summoned monster, this card can attack directly. This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Normal Summoned or Set by tributing 1 monster with the original attack of 3000 or more. Neither player can Synchro Summon. If this destroys a monster by battle; inflict 2000 points of damage. This card cannot be Special Summoned. All face-up monsters your opponent controls must attack this card, if able. Tell me what you think...

Therrion
You only used effects that restrict Extra Deck (which is cool in idea and nicely executed) and effects that only affect the Battle Phase. Your "Gods" have no protection, and are very narrow in how they can win a duel (Battle, battle, battle moar!). Also, their Summoning requirements bite them in the ass, requiring Blue-Eyes.dec to be ran (essentially) or not be used at all, and overall, a Blue-Eyes deck is most likely not going to run them (I mean, MAYBE as side tech). -Perhaps add another effect to each, involving another phase of the game. This, or simply add something to make it more original/dynamic. Solid idea, okay execution. Has room to improve.
Darkest Hour
For the Underworld Ruler, it's effect justifies just stopping the opponent from Fusion Summoning. Since most decks nowadays can Xyz/Synchro and Fusion Summon, stopping both of you from doing either for the cost of it's Summon isn't necessary, and can fit into the "Your opponent cannot Fusion Summon" style. Destiny Bound
Pretty good. OCG correction: This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Normal Summoned or Set by tributing 1 monster with the original attack of 3000 or more. Neither player can Synchro Summon. If this destroys a monster by battle; inflict 2000 damage to your opponent. One thing I would say is that they need to have some sort of protection. Few "meta" decks run monsters up to 3000 ATK (except BLS); what's more, by saying "original" ATK you prevent the simple move of using 3x Mage Power to get them (or something similar). The one thing that would be really annoying is if you trashed your Blue-Eyes for one of these "gods", and then you attack and... boom! The foe just used Ryko/Sakaretsu Armour/Almost anything and they're stone dead. So at the least, I think they should have protection from destruction of some sort (even if it's just Spells/Traps). They might even have enough of a cost to constitute protection from both battle and effects, though I'm not certain. Either way, they should have some sort of protection from standard cards like that. Other than that, I think these are very good cards, and as I tend to over-cost many of my cards, I think you have done a very good job. I particularly like the way Hades makes up for his reduction of use (Fusions aren't played as much as Synchros or Xyzs these days) with his awesome direct-attack effect.
