A Spell card for wind monsters

This is my 1st card i ever created. I created a card for my favourites: The wind monsters/harpies.

Name: Gift of Heaven

 

Effekt: Activate only when you have 2 or less cards in your hand (not including this card). Discard any number of cards from your hand to the Graveyard. Afterwards you can Specialsummon as many WIND Monsters with Level 4 or less from your Deck or Graveyard as the number of cards you discarded.
