If this card is sent from your Deck to the Graveyard: You can Special Summon this card. You must also control a face-up "Lightsworn" monster to activate and resolve this effect. During your turn, when a "Lightsworn" monster is sent from your Deck to the Graveyard: You can look at the top 2 cards of your opponent's Deck, then return them to the top of the Deck in any order.

It looks like he has boobs D:

Anyways, the effect is fair enough. Wulf pretty much summons the same way, but with this thing you need another LS on field to do so. And the secodary effect is a little like Ancient Telescope, except you can rearrange them.

However, there's two things that bugs me about this:

*I really don't think you should have the effect allow your opponent to see those cards, as they can pull off something stupid.

*DEF is a bit high. That and this monster's level & type combination makes it an E-tele target.

Ohmaigoodneth.

It's a level 3 wulf, except... It's a tuner.

With the new light sworn cards that are coming out that mill during the MP, that is, uh, pretty flipping good. Not quite broken, but formidable, and maybe not the best design.

The other effect seems silly: rigging your opponent's draw with a reverse-duality. The card is already good enough as-is dammit.

Also, where is the EP milling clause?

At best, I thought the only other way for the second effect to trigger outside of the End Phase was through Ryko, Charge, or Foolish. And as for the EP mill, I always meant for him not to have it, considering he would simply trigger his own effect with it. Essentially, I made this card to be reliant on his fellow Lightsworn, as opposed to being a stand-alone, splashable Tuner. ... That said, I may change the "Peak" effect from 3 to 2; now that I'm thinking about it, 3 with a rearrange is kinda pushing it.

2 would be fair enough.
