1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters
When this card battles an opponent's monster, at the start of the Battle Step, you can send this card you control to the Graveyard to activate 1 of the following Effects:
*Destroy the other battling monster.
*Target 1 Level 6 or lower Synchro Monster in your Graveyard, except for "Voltage Unicorn"; Special Summon that target.
Overall, I like the card. Its summoning conditions are somewhat difficult to fulfill (level 4 isn't exactly common), but its latter effects more than make up for it. However, just some questions:

 • If you're going to go all suicidal with the first effect, why not just send the opponent's monster to the Graveyard? This whole meta is all about preventing destruction and hurting your opponent when your monster would be destroyed; since your monster is somewhat nonmeta, it makes sense for it to send to the Graveyard instead of destroy. Just a thought.
 • Why the Level limitation on the Synchro monster? Either you could make it a super-revive and have it revive ANY synchro monster, or you could make it work specifically with the Unicorn archetype and have it revive any Synchro monster with "Corn" in its name. Again, just a thought.

I realize this isn't really a review. But to be honest, the card is really well designed (aside from the illegible title). OCG fixes are necessary (I think, but I could be wrong). In other words, there's not much to say. Its a solid card, but its potential could be multiplied with some changes.

1. Sure, I'll do that.
2. I put the level restriction there because regrabbing junk like Scrap Dragon and Stardust might be a little too good. Do you think I could get away with making the restriction 7 or 8 instead of 6? Cuz I want to keep the cap below 9, in case we get some new powerful level 9+ synchros.
