SenaM66 Posted September 17, 2013 Report Share Posted September 17, 2013 An archetype I made after some brainstormed, to be used with conjunction of the preexisiting "Dark World" and "Fabled" archetypes, aimed at providing a familiar but new style to them as well as granting them a less powerful, but trickier and safer, boss monster. Can also be combined with Lightsworn to some effect, but I think only Ryko would really do any work. Haven't play tested them yet, but I will when I get home. [attachment=39071:286181.jpg] Your main initaior. Both discard effects are costs, so no Grapha proccing, but fantastic for getting Cerburrel on board. From there, you can summon another or simply sync for a quick Ragin. [attachment=39072:287281.jpg] Again, helps to drop Cerburrel or Ganasha. Helps to refresh your hand and her unique ability to lose Tuner grants you access to Ragin or Armades. [attachment=39073:287285.jpg] A free MST when milled by Ryko or discarded, also grants a free draw when special summoned by a Rogue. Basic, but bound to be useful for keeping a hand going. [attachment=39074:287290.jpg] Your other initiator. Your main searcher, as well as a fantastic way to discard Grapha or Cerburrel. Combos very easily with Flames, allowing you to go into Forumla Synchron for a +2 [attachment=39076:287336.jpg] Another combo piece. Comes out for free when a Rogue discards her and searches when she does, she searches. Also +1s when you sync with her. Might make her "Rogue" exclusive for that if +1 by synchroing proves too strong. [attachment=39075:287330.jpg] Combos very powerfully with Shadows and Ocean, as you are able to put down 'Black Stars; (with Shadows) or whatever R5 you'd like (with Ocean). Also has a unique ability to grant an XYZ monster a level, either her's or the other XYZ material, opening up many possibilities. [attachment=39077:287341.jpg] Another link. A 2k beater for an R5 is pretty bad, but with an effect that's just evil for loading a grave she's perfect. Has access to any DW or Fabled monsters, and can bring a Cerburrel on board from nowhere, or blow something up with a Grapha. Combined with Mountain's effect to finish it all off and sync with Cerburrel for a LV7, such as.. [attachment=39079:287345.jpg] Beefy and with all-around fantastic protective abilities. Blocks common counters such as Abyss Dweller, Macros, Forbidden Graveyard, or Shadow-Imprisioning Mirror, refreshs a hand that is sure to be empty at this point, and can even make some deadly tricks by cycling Grapha to both prevent her own destruction and to clear an opponent's field. While discarding on the standby phase is a cost; preventing destruction is not. Aimed at granting a large amount of control and recovery options, but still easily punched through, as her only protection is against Destruction. OmgAWhiteGuy Posted September 18, 2013 Report Share Posted September 18, 2013 Except for a few basic typos that we all make this looks like an overall fun deck to play, the only thing is that the XYZ has no limit for materials, I find that "broken" to an extent.
