R.Surraco
Starlight Drain [Normal Trap] Each player must pay 100 x the total level and rank of the monsters they control; If a player's points are less than 100 x the total level and rank of the monsters he or she controls: destroy all monsters in said player's field. Too weird?
Whirlwind Riku
I'll say it's strange. So, if a player doesn't have enough LP to pay, their monsters get nuked instead and no LP is lost? I don't expect this to do much punishment to either player. With a full field, unless you're up against like... dragons trying to rape you, it'll probably make you pay around 2k LP? And I don't know.. I don't come across full fields too much. It's definitely a unique card, and planned right, could possibly put the hurt on someone.

In fact, think about this: the longer the turn goes, the more likely is to find a player with lots of mighty monsters and not so much LP. This card might be a good hidden ace to use as a way to turn around the table, if possible. There's a cost, of course: User also gets affected.
