I'm guessing this is somewhat of support to Fire Fists. It's interesting, gives them piercing, and allows them to run over annoying targets such as Bujin Yamato, though it targets, so that's a problem I suppose, but it's alright for what it does. Bland but decent in a Deck  that runs Tuners and Beast-Warriors.

This seems like a pretty cool monster, wouldn't mind running this in a Synchro deck ^^

 

Though it seems like you'll be sending a bunch of Spells/Traps to the deck just to do that to your opponent's monsters.

 

And one more thing....where did you find the pic? I need to know, cause I'm planning to make my own Beast/Beast-Warrior archetype.

SO obviously for Fire-fists, constellars, fire kings, or any other fire-formation users, very useful effect, the 2nd one helps the 1st one happen, and at a balanced cost. 

 

Nice picture too, and balanced attack. I approve.
