Ghostrickster
You can only activate 1 "Clash of the Ninjas" per turn. Once per turn, this card cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects. After a monster you control is destroyed by battle, put 1 Clash Counter on this card. During your opponent's turn: You can remove 1 Clash Counter on this card. You can send this face-up card with Clash Counters to the Graveyard; draw cards up to the number of Clash Counters on this card, then banish the same number of monsters from your Graveyard. Sora1499
It should have a cap to the number of Clash Counters on it. 2 is the general widely-accepted standard for draw engines. The rest if the card is decent enough, although punishing your opponent for winning and rewarding you for losing may not be the best design, on top of the fact that it takes 2 s/t removers to kill it. Also, I don't get the point of the counter removal effect: it does nothing. So, in short, make it have a 2-counter cap and is consider removing the protection clause. You don't have to though.
