Therrion
Send 1 monster you control to the Graveyard: Special Summon 1 monster with the same name from your Deck. During the End Phase of the turn this card is activated, Special Summon the card sent to the graveyard to activate this card in face-up Defense Position. I can't think of many applications aside from monsters like Sapphire Pegasus, Volcanic Rocket, Hanzo, etc. Though there may be some. Rate/hate/commentate. Ghostrickster
Hmm, it's intersting, I would have liked it being a Trap Card to make it Chainable to stuff, but that's just me. Not much else to say about it, reminds me of Transmodify a little bit. It's a neat idea, can probably have some interesting Decks using this. So yeah. The text is a bit off. Send 1 monster you control to the Graveyard; Special Summon 1 monster with the same name as the sent monster from your Deck. During the End Phase of the turn this card was activated, Special Summon the card sent to activate this card from the Graveyard in face-up Defense Position. Daigusto Sphreez
This could be nice in psychic decks, since they usually special summon banished things when sent to the graveyard, plus they aren't fast and furious enough to need the other SS until the end phase anyway. Also, Solar Flare Dragon would work nicely with this, just a matter of having the two cards at hand.
Therrion
Ah, yes, Battle Phase lockers would have a hoot with this. Marauding Captain, Command Knight, Solar Flare Dragon...ouch. As for it being a Trap, that would be silly. Then I could simply save a monster being targeted by something, and also get a free monster if I use during their End Phase, which worried me on the power level so I opted out of it. That's up to you, I would have liked it being a Trap Card, it's fine as a Spell.
Daigusto Sphreez
They would. I'm sure Dragon Rulers could find a way to abuse this too ;) oh, also, darklord superbia. That could be a whole lot of fun.
Whirlwind Riku
Target 1 monster you control; send it to the Graveyard. Special Summon 1 monster with the same name as the target from your Deck. During the End Phase: Special Summon the target in face-up Defense Position. That sounds better to me. I'm really liking this card. I'm sitting here thinking of how I could abuse it with, lol. Kuraz, Delg, Hanzo and the like came to mind, of course. But I'll never ever overlook my favorite little buddy, E-Hero Prisma. Would he be able to do some good with this? Mill the monster and copy it's name with his effect, and then Flicker it into it? That'd be so ace. ;D OH, and another thing I just thought of. Monsters with a "Once per turn" effect... this card would let you use that monster's effect another time before the End Phase. :D I don't see a problem with it being a Spell instead of a Trap. There are advantages and disadvantages to both, but I prefer Spell for easier access.
Therrion
I think it checks the name in the Graveyard, but if I'm wrong Prisma is pretty amazing with it.

Cards lose their name change when going to the Graveyard, though if it was otherwise, I could see some neat Phantom combos with it.
