You can Normal Summon this card as an addtional Normal Summon this turn, and if you do, you can Tribute Summon it with 1 less Tribute if you Tribute a Fairy-Type monster (You can only gain this effect once per turn).  When this card is Normal Summoned: You can target 1 Fairy-Type monster in your Graveyard; shuffle it into the Deck, then Special Summon 1 of your banished Fairy-Type monsters whose Level is less than or equal to that target's Level. If this card would be destroyed, you can destroy 1 other monster you control instead.

I imagine it'd be better to word it in a way that reveals itself, then Normal Summons itself if you already Normal Summoned that turn.

"You can reveal this card in your hand, then Tribute 1 Fairy-Type monster you control: Normal Summon this card."

Of course, that makes it strict to Fairy, you could change the wording some.

As for the card, a 2800 pseudo-Level 6 monster that warrants its own easy Summon that goes on to net advantage off the easy Summon and has protection is too much. Out of everything, I would say the protection is most likely thing in my eyes that should be removed, but that is for balance purposes as it is too far as of now.

 

Oh, you don't seem to be aware of it so I'll tell you, there is a 5 limit on front page. Meaning, you have too many cards on the front page, and further posting isn't really encouraged until one of your cards goes off front page, atleast. Think this may be #6? I don't know. Regardless, just so you know.

Hence the "I think". It was more so just, again, a "to let you know" considering you're a two star member.
