Synchronized
When this card is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 "Orc" monster from your Deck to your hand. If you do, destroy this card during the next Standby Phase.
Not totally sure what I was going with here, but I figured at worst it interacts with copies of itself. There aren't too many other orcs; we've got Giant Orc, Tardy Orc, and maybe one I'm not thinking of but I can't really think of any off the top of my head. Anyway, it's a Tenki target so it's got that going for it and I guess it would work well in some sort of build focused on it. So yeah.
Sora1499
Tenki target, Rekindking target, UFO Turtle target, Sangan target, Monk target, Firedog target, Wolfberk target. This thing makes a lot of decks possible, and I like that. Leave it as-is, it's awesome.
Therrion
It being a Monk target is hardly worthy of note, but a Tenki target at Level 4 that is Dogable/Rekindling...able... is nice. Since the Summon is off Normal Summon, mentioning UFO Turtle is hardly a matter. I honestly wouldn't mind this thing being off any Summon, though. In fact, I think it'd be pretty cool to have it that way.

Look at Stratos.
Therrion
With his current searching parameters, he could grab copies of himself or grab crappy cards. In most cases, you'd Summon one from Deck, Normal Summon that one later, and already have the last one, assuming you don't run Tardy Orc of Badness or Giant Orc of Uselessness. Sora1499
Oyea, that's another point: make him not search himself pls.
