Think of like a 5th or 6th or an how-many-th Singer Dragon.

It's  rather lackluster in my opinion. A Level 12 Synchro, which in itself is rather difficult to get out. On top of that, it's effect is quite bad. Even if this card is the only monster you control, you're essentially paying 6000 Life Points to inflict 4000 damage to your opponent - Damage which can easily be prevented by way of Mirror Force, Gravity Bind, etc, etc. It's a more expensive, flashier Needle Ball.
