That is why I am enhancing the Dragon Rulers with the power of re:zero. Dragon High Ruler of Infernos - Blaster re:zero FIRE, Level 11 Dragon/Effect Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing a face-up “Blaster, Dragon Ruler of Infernos” you control, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. You can only control 1 face-up “Dragon High Ruler” monster. Once per turn: You can banish 2 FIRE monsters from your Graveyard, then target 1 card on the field; send that target to the Graveyard, and if you do, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. During your Standby Phase: Shuffle this face-up card into the Deck face-up. When you draw this face-up card: Target up to 3 of your banished FIRE and/or Dragon-Type monsters; add those monsters to your Graveyard. You cannot Summon monsters during this turn after you activate this effect, except for “Dragon Ruler” monsters. ATK 3900/DEF 2600 Dragon High Ruler of Waterfalls - Tidal re:zero WATER, Level 11 Dragon/Effect Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing a face-up “Tidal, Dragon Ruler of Waterfalls” you control, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. You can only control 1 face-up “Dragon High Ruler” monster. Once per turn: You can banish 2 WATER monsters from your Graveyard, then send 1 monster from your Deck to the Graveyard; face-up monsters your opponent controls lose 1000 ATK and DEF, until the End Phase. During your Standby Phase: Shuffle this face-up card into the Deck face-up. When you draw this face-up card: Target up to 3 of your banished WATER and/or Dragon-Type monsters; add those monsters to your Graveyard. You cannot Summon monsters during this turn after you activate this effect, except for “Dragon Ruler” monsters. ATK 3600/DEF 2900 Dragon High Ruler of Boulders - Redox re:zero EARTH, Level 11 Dragon/Effect Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing a face-up “Redox, Dragon Ruler of Boulders” you control, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. You can only control 1 face-up “Dragon High Ruler” monster. Once per turn: You can banish 2 EARTH monsters from your Graveyard, then target 1 monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that monster, and it gains 1000 ATK. During your Standby Phase: Shuffle this face-up card into the Deck face-up. When you draw this face-up card: Target up to 3 of your banished EARTH and/or Dragon-Type monsters; add those monsters to your Graveyard. You cannot Summon monsters during this turn after you activate this effect, except for “Dragon Ruler” monsters. ATK 2500/DEF 4000 Dragon High Ruler of Storms - Tempest re:zero WIND, Level 11 Dragon/Effect Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. Must be Special Summoned (from your hand) by banishing a face-up “Tempest, Dragon Ruler of Storms” you control, and cannot be Special Summoned by other ways. You can only control 1 face-up “Dragon High Ruler” monster. Once per turn: You can banish 2 WIND monsters from your Graveyard; Special Summon 1 Dragon-Type monster from your Deck in face-up Defense Position, then you can return 1 Set Spell/Trap Card your opponent controls to the hand. During your Standby Phase: Shuffle this face-up card into the Deck face-up. When you draw this face-up card: Target up to 3 of your banished WIND and/or Dragon-Type monsters; add those monsters to your Graveyard. You cannot Summon monsters during this turn after you activate this effect, except for “Dragon Ruler” monsters.
