Sora makes some weird wolf tuner card that +1s {Mythical Forest Hound}

I'm a bit unsure of the design on this one, but I'll see what you guys think.

When a Synchro Monster inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent: You can banish this card from the Graveyard to target 1 Level 3 or lower Beast-Type monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon that target. You can only use the Effect of "Mythical Forest Hound" once per turn.[/spoiler]
