I had an idea for this CXyz that works with Number 44... Let me know what you all think!

Once per turn, During either player's Main Phase: Destroy 1 Card your Opponent Controls for each multiple of 1000 your Opponent paid this turn. If this card has "Number 44: Sky Pegasus" as an Xyz Material, it gains this effect:
• If this card is targeted for an attack: Negate that attack. Your Opponent may pay 1000 Lifepoints to negate this effect. During either Player's turn; when your Opponent pays Lifepoints; You may Detach 1 Xyz Material from this card: Inflict damage to your Opponent equal to half of what your Opponent paid. When your Opponent Special Summons a Monster: You may Detach 1 Xyz Material: Destroy that Monster. Your Opponent may pay 1500 Life points to negate this effect.

Any thoughts? Also OCG Grammar Fixer's will be nuked by by Anti-OCG Grammar nukes.

I'll be honest:  Even by Rank-Up-Magic Xyz Standards (which are ridiculously low), this card is INSANE.  It is either your opponent pays half of their life points and their field gets wiped out, or you pretty much nuke the field.  Even the discard effect isn't enough of a drawback for this card's effect.  You pretty much force your opponent into a heavily devastating lose-lose situation if you play this card's effect.  Because of that, it is very poorly designed as a card.

The main idea is that it does need to be an enhanced version of Sky Pegasus. Also it only affects Monsters. I'm also looking for suggestions... So please suggest. (I'm thinking of changing it's eff to wiping out your whole hand instead of just 2 cards so then it's literally a possible DA with him only.) It does also Banish your Monsters though.

I am still working on what the Detach eff should be... (To be honest I don't like it that much...)
