Name: Number 0: Infinite Lord

Type: Spellcaster

Attribute: Dark

Effect:

5 level 12 monsters

 

When this card is Xyz summoned you can special summon one each "Infinite Right Hand" and "Infinite Left Hand".

While this card is face-up on the feild the effects of all continues Spells and traps are negated.

Once per turn you can attach one monster from your hand to this card as an Xyx material.

Once per turn you can detatch one Xyz material from thgis card and activate one of these effects:

 

* Target one monster on the feild, send it to the graveyard and gain 1000 life points.

* Target one spell or trap card, send it to the graveyard and gain 1000 life ponts.

* Return all set cards on the feild back to the deck and both players draw 1 card.

* Return all face-up cards on the feild back to the deck and both players draw 1 card.

Type: Spellcaster

Attribute: Dark

Rank: 13

DEF: 0

Effect:

Must be special summoned by the effect of a "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell Card and cannot be summoned by other ways.

When this card is summoned both players send all cards from their hand to the graveyard, then both players draw 5 cards.

For each card drawn by this effect gain 500 life points.

While this card is on the feild negate the effects of all continus spell /trap cards and destroy them.

Negate the effects of all cards in the graveyard.

Once per turn you can attach a card from your grave to this card as an Xyz material.

Once per turn you can detatch an Xyz material from this card and activate one of these effects:

 

* All monsters on the feild gain 800 ATK and DEF.

* Negate the effects of all monsters on the opponent's feild until their end phase.

* You can activate a card effect that would cost life points to activate for no cost. (Can be used on either players turn)

* All monsters on the opponent's feild have their ATK and DEF become 0 while they are face up on the feild.

While you control a face-up "Number 0: Infinite Lord" your opponent can only select this face-up card as an attack target.

This card cannot be destroyed in battle.

Name: Infinite Left Hand

Level: 10

ATK: 0

DEF: 0

Effect: This card cannot be summoned except by the effect of "Number 0: Infinite Lord"

While you control a face-up "Number 0: Infinite Lord" if your opponent activates a card effect that would destroy a card(s) on the feild you can pay 1000 life points to negate the effect and destroy it.

This card is uneffected by spell and trap card effects.

The effects are a bit beefy as hell, they're somewhat ok, but you forgot to take note of a few major things here:
1: There's no way in hell you'll ever pull off a rank 12 monster using 5 of materials. Getting just 1 level 12 out is hard enough. Only way to make this thing without breaking your back on it is using Astral Force, but even then you gotta go through a lot.
2: There's really no point in making monsters that can only be summoned by another monster that you can barely summon anyway.
3: Ranks higher than 12 may be canon, but not realistic. Leave that to that New Orders monster (New Orders 13 Etheric Amen)
4: If you're gonna do a Number monster, the number "0" isn't realistic. Number 100, however, is.

Just fix the rank thing and those two level 10 monsters, then you got something a bit better.And BTW, that second LV 10 should simply not be able to be destroyed by spells & traps, not be completely unaffected by them.

True, I had some spell and trap card ideas that would make it easy to summon so i was trying to even it out a little bit, as for why it's so beefy is the idea was for a number monster to be really powerful without ever needing ATK power to do it. I looked up 13 to see how they wrote down it being summoned, which is what lead to the restriction, i'll probably be making a new post later updating them again, i'll tell you right now though the spell cards I came up with almost make summoning it too easy.
