While this card has no Xyz Material you can attach 3 monsters from your graveyard to this card as Xyz Material. If this card has a "Number 9: Dyson Sphere" as a Xyz Material, it gains this effect: Once per Battle Phase you can detach 1 Xyz Material: If this card destroys a monster it can attack your opponent directly this turn. Hydra Iron Man Posted October 24, 2013 Report Share Posted October 24, 2013 i dont know about this card. its practically immortal, except for the fact it can be destroyed be battle. i think you should drop the "cannot be removed from the field" and make it so it cannot get targeted so cards like Dark hole have a chance? and if dark hole (just an IE) activated, you can detach 1 xyz material to be unaffected bi it? just my own opinion. seems OP Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
newhat Posted October 24, 2013 Report Share Posted October 24, 2013 Cards that just can't die forever are not good design because you can easily sit on them and do nothing until your opponent runs out of cards. You can make it immune to battle and/or unable to be targeted by card effects and/or unable to be destroyed, but not complete immunity, even for a Rank-Up from Rank 9. For a balanced example, Hazy Flame Basiltrice can achieve immunity to ALMOST everything with a perfect, impractical setup. As for the other effect, it's perfectly fine.
