YumeAkko
What do you think? Effect: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 1 "Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon" you control. This card's Special Summon cannot be negated. When Special Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated. This card cannot be targeted or destroyed by card effects if there is a "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" face-up on either player's side of the field. Once per turn: You can Special Summon 1 monster with "Blue-Eyes" in its name from either your hand, Deck or Graveyard. Second one: Effect: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 1 "Blue-Eyes Shining Dragon" you control. This card's Special Summon cannot be negated. When Special Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated. This card cannot be targeted or destroyed by card effects. Once per turn: You can destroy all monsters your opponent controls. BoricuaBeast
For starters, you need to post the lore of your card in text so everyone can see it. Don't wanna get the mods mad now, do ya? Anyways, the summoning requirements makes this incredibly underpowered, despite it's stats. The self-protection and the summoning effect is ok, but the amount of work needed to pull this off wouldn't be worth it. Honestly, just having REDMD and King Dragun out is good enough... and easier. Let's calculate here: 1: You gotta summon BEUD... Either by regular fusion or by summoner of illusions. 2: You gotta have the Shining dragon ready in your hand for this. By this point you don't need to go further cause by the time this thing comes out, it's already 4500+. 3: If you decide to go further, you do this. And this has to be in your hand too. Too much work for not much of an effect...
