An Unholy Host of Halloween Monsters [3/7]

Yes, yes, I know it's All Saints' Day, but I didn't get the idea for these things until this morning. This is less an archetype and more a series of unpleasant DARK monsters. Aside from their Attribute, they have little in common, and are only in the same topic for the sake of convenience.

------

Hack-o-Lantern

DARK

Level 7

Warrior/Effect

This monster cannot be Special Summoned. This monster cannot be added to your hand by card effects. This monster's attack cannot be negated by card effects. During your Battle Phase, this card cannot be removed from the field, also you take no battle damage from attacks involving this card.

Rocket Warrior's bigger, badder cousin. Like RW, he's invincible during the Battle Phase, and his attacks are unstoppable to boot. Unfortunately, he has to be summoned the old-fashioned way, and once he's gone, he's gone for good.

------

Wizard of Fate

DARK

Level 4

Spellcaster/Effect

Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1: Special Summon 1 "Wheel of Fate" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard; it cannot be used as a Synchro Material Monster. This monster cannot attack during the turn you activate this effect.

Wheel of Fate

DARK

Level 3

Spellcaster/Effect

If you control a "Wizard of Fate": this card cannot be destroyed by battle or removed from the field by an opponent's card effect. Once per turn: roll a six-sided die and apply the result.

1: Decrease the Level of all monsters on the field by 1 for the next 2 turns. 2: Set up to 3 Spell or Trap cards from your hand or Deck.
3: Target 1 monster your opponent controls; decrease its ATK and DEF by 300 for the next 2 turns.
4: Increase the Level of all monsters on the field by 1 for the next 2 turns.
5: Decrease the ATK and DEF of all monsters your opponent controls by 500 until the End Phase of your opponent's next turn. 6: Tribute this card; Monsters cannot be destroyed by battle for the next 2 turns.
800/2000

Wizard of Fate's is relatively mundane; his stats are based on those of Dark Elf (remember her?), while his effect is more akin to Tour Guide from the Underworld. Wheel of Fate, on the other hand, is a die-rolling disaster-waiting-to-happen, with 6 persistent effects. While it can't directly damage your opponent, only one of its results has a printed negative side effect, and most of its effects last a few turns.

Four more cards are still to come, so stay tuned.
