spoderman
A Lonely Bridge Field Spell Once per turn, during either player's turn, if there are no monsters on either player's side of the field, both players can Special Summon 1 Level 5 or lower monster from their hand, Deck, or Graveyard in face-up Attack position. Their effects are negated, and they can not be used as Xyz Material or be removed from the field in any way other than by battle or by opponent's card effect. StealthyTyranitar
It's cool, but all it can be made for is to just get a monster on the field...

MarcoTheKiller
Hmm, I like it, my only problem is that you can't use the summoned monster for effects like Raviel's, and your opponent can use it any way they want. I might be wrong, though. I give it 8/10m and it should be THE opponent's, not just opponent's.

I might be wrong, though. I give it 8/10. Nobody uses Raviel to begin with. This is rather situational, which I suppose is good in a woay, as it requires both field to be free of monsters before the effect kicks in so it might not happen too often. This would be great for something like Dandylion, whose effect would hit after it leaves the field, so it certainly has some uses.
MarcoTheKiller
True, I guess. I could using this card. As long as my opponent doesn't have soul exchange...

spoderman
... I'm trying to think of a card that people use at could matter with this card. Labyrinth Wall would be one hell of a defensive strategy with this card seeing as it has no effects in the first place and hardly any monsters go over 3000 in the meta nowadays. MarcoTheKiller
True that, any low level high defender like that or millennium shield would be absolute rage.

Guest Imperiused
I really like this card. As stated above, it would be great with Labyrinth Wall or Milenium Shield, but also cards like Aitsu, Mist Archfiend, Koa'ki Meiru Ghoulungulate, Cyber-Tech Alligator.... Matches
I could see this being a real card. It's simple and balanced. Oh, kudos for using Miku Hatsune. ;)
