The Nightmare of Venom
Field-Spell Card
Monsters lose 1000 ATK for each Venom Counter on them. Destroy a monster it its ATK becomes 0 by this effect. During each player's End Phase, place 1 Venom Counter on each face-up monster, except "Venom" monsters, or "Vennominon, the King of Poisonous Snakes".
 
Venom Naja    EARTH/reptile/tuner        level 4        ATK:1000/DEF:800
When you Normal or Special Summon a "Venom" monster, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. When you do, place 1 Venom Counter on all monster(s) Special Summoned to your opponent's side of the field.
 
Venom Crunch    EARTH/reptile        level 8        ATK:2000/DEF:1800
There can only be 1 face-up "Venom Crunch" on the field. If you control a face-up "Venom" monster, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When this card is Special Summoned by this way, flip all face-down Defense Position monsters on the field into face-up Defense Position (Flip Effects are not activated at this time). When this card is face-up on the field, Monster Cards cannot be Set or flipped face-down. If a Monster Card would be Set, it must be Normal Summoned in face-up Defense Position.
 
Venom Tri-Snake        EARTH/reptile/synchro    level 8        ATK:2200/DEF:2000
1 tuner + 1 or more non-tuner Reptile-type monsters
Once per turn, during either's player turn, you can select 1 Reptile-type monster you control. Destroy it, and place Venom Counters on face-up monster(s) your opponent controls equal to level of destroyed monster. When this card is removed from the field, you can Special Summon 1 Reptile-type monster from your hand.
 
Venom Dual-Snake    EARTH/reptile/Xyz Rank 4        ATK:1900/DEF:1800
2 level 4 Reptile-type monsters
Once per turn, during either's player turn, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card and select 1 Defense Position monster your opponent controls. Change it to face-up Attack Position (Flip Effects are not activated at this time), and place 1 Venom counter on it. When this card is removed from the field, you can Special Summon 1 Reptile-type monster from your hand.
 
The Blood of Venom
Continuous Trap Card
Each time a monster is destroyed by the effect of "Venom" Card, gain life points equal to the level of destroyed monster x300.

Most of these cards are really awesome, But wow, Nightmare of Venom is kind of overdoing it a little. Most cards wouldn't be able to survive one turn with that field out with its effect alone. Add that with other effects, and you can't even move. Tri-snake should probably also be lowered to a your turn effect too. Other than that, everything looks pretty good.

Regarding the tri-snake, if you read the effect of the card, it says "During either player's turn": You can use this effect during your opponent's batte phase, destroying 1 Venom monster when he is selected as attack target, and distribute Venom counters on the monster that attacked.
Regarding Nightmare of Venom, I agree I exaggerated a bit with this effect.

While discussing, I thought in another card:

 

Venom Warrior                 EARTH/reptile/level 4                        ATK:1300/DEF:900

When this card is Summoned, you can Set 1 Normal Trap Card directly from your deck. Once per turn, you can send 1 Reptile-type monster from your deck to Graveyard, and select 1 Reptile-type monster in your Graveyard, Special Summon it, and destroy it during the End Phase (You can only use this effect once per turn).
