Howari
Well besides the fact in the past on an account I don't have the password or email to anymore I did in fact make something similar to this, I decided to recreate it. Originally the ritual spell card was called Shining Horizen, a card in which I have a hard copy of right now (printed that is). Now it's been ages since I've actually dueled anyone, and I only duel with the original rule set anyway (so I can't participate in tourniments or anything). I don't care about complaints about miss-placement of wording or anything, of course help is appreciated just don't be rude about it. The cards are part of a set cauled Exaulted Final

Adak33
My one problem with this card is that it doesn't seem to have anything to do with the actual blue eyes shining dragon from the official game. If you changed the name and art, and removed the bit about blue eyes in the ritual card (I notice that you don't actually have to have any copies of blue-eyes in your deck to use it -- the last effect of the ritual card only triggers if you have copies of blue eyes in your deck, meaning you can safely ignore it if you aren't running any copies). I think you'd be better off just changing the name and art and making this an unrelated card. On a more mechanics-related note, the effect is kind of weak for the difficulty involved in getting it out. I'd suggest that you make it a 400 point increase instead. Compare it to Buster Blader, which is basically the same effect except for dragons -- while it requires all of the monsters boosting it to be dragons, unlike this one, it gets a 500 point increase for every dragon the opponent controls and has in their graveyard, and while it has 400 less attack it's significantly easier to get out on the field. As a counterpart of sorts to Buster Blader, I like this card; I just don't see what it has to do with Blue-Eyes.

Mr.Robot
At first, I was like this could be interesting...then I saw the actual card. First of all, to ritual summon a Level 10 Blue Eyes is way too easy, All you need is 2 Level 5 or higher from your field, sure but either from your field or hand? That's making it way too easy. Plus, for a Blue Eyes related monster, this card sure doesn't seem that connected to it. Anyway, what is that last effect from the Spell card, supposed to mean? The monster itself though, it's ok but only 100 and only if it's a Spellcaster type? Well, not that worth it but since it's pretty easy to summon it, whateve man. Monster still can be better though. Howari
Thanks for the critisizm. I'll take everything said into consideration and do my best to improve the card when I have time.
