the_engineer Posted November 9, 2013 Report Share Posted November 9, 2013 i couldn't find a better image for this (unfortunately), so i've used star changer's one updated with a more balanced effect: This card cannot be destroyed/banished unless by its own effect. When this card is activated: Target 1 monster you control: While this card is on the field, all the levels of monsters you control become the targeted monster's level. forteller Posted November 9, 2013 Report Share Posted November 9, 2013 This is an actually card which functions similarly im only posing this card because it was two things which balence it the fact that you have to target a monster and that fact it has to be lvl 7 or higher, your card lacks either, also have you considered how your card could be used for syncro summoning? i do like your card though i would put it in a deck that can swarm monsters make sure to of them where tuners and sync for days nice card XD but maybe too powerful? Big Lez Posted November 9, 2013 Report Share Posted November 9, 2013 this is basically a SpeciaL Summon XYZ monster as soon as you got enough monsters out effect...with absolutely no drawback (except maybe the destruction of it ...right after you already used the effect) ... its a permanent Spell so you can use it over and over again to benefit of other Level depending effects.. I think this is too strong, since it has no actual drawback and is just a "There you go Special Summon!" At least you should Target a monster and make it's Level the one your monsters levels become. Without something like that you can instantly summon Xyzs like CXyz Skypalace Babylon, Divine Dragon Knight Felgrand and so on. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
