Azure Wolf Posted November 12, 2013 Report Share Posted November 12, 2013 I thought i would even out Black Luster Soldier and Chaos Emperor Dragon by making another Emperor Dragon Card Chaos Emperor Dragon - Envoy of Dawn Dark Level 8 Dragon Effect- Can not be Normal Summoned or Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from the hand) by banishing all LIGHT or all DARK monsters from your graveyard when you have an equal amount of LIGHT and DARK monsters in your graveyard. This card gains effects based on what attribute you banished: -LIGHT This effect can only be activated at the start of your Main Phase 1.Once per duel you can banish all cards on the field. You can not declare an attack the turn you use this effect. -DARK Once per turn you can destroy 1 monster your opponent controls and inflict 1000 points of damage to your opponent.
