This is my first attempt at an Xyz monster. Thoughts?

When your opponent activates a Spell or Trap card, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card to negate its effect. Depending on the card negated, the following effects are activated:

• Spell card: You gain 500 Life Points
• Trap card: Your opponent loses 500 Life Points

 

Here, this should be a tidier effect for you, if you like I like this card, the effects are balanced, the ATK and DEF are respectable. The cost isn't too high (especially if you run Wind-ups, Chronomaly, or Cyber Dragons). I like. I could see this becoming a real card.
