Effect: When you opponent Special Summons an Effect monster(s): You can Special Summon 1 Normal Monster from your hand. When an opponent's monster attacks: You can designate as the new attack target either the monster who has the lowest DEF of all defense position monsters you control OR the monster who has the lowest ATK of all attack position monsters you control, then calculate damage. After this card has been activated, if it is destroyed by an opponent's card effect: Draw 1 card. The term "regaining" is sometimes used in trick-taking card games to hold back playing a trump card. This card simulates that game function. Originally when I conceived this card I wanted to only include the second effect, but I thought that would be too weak in the current game. Did I go too far?
