Premier Alexander Romanov
EARTH/Warrior/Level 8/3000 ATK/1500 DEF This monster cannot be Special Summoned. When this card destroys a monster as a result of battle and sends it to the Graveyard, inflict damage to your opponent's Life Points equal to the ATK of the destroyed monster. Stan Alda
It's really nice that Tyler got his wish, and the main effect is decent, but the non-Special Summon clause kills its effectiveness. I might use it in an online novelty deck, but that's it. It's a shame that it's not meta-worthy; if it were, Tyler would have an impressive legacy attached to his name, at least among the YGO fan community. EDIT: Then again, it's better than E-HERO Flame Wingman, which shares Tyler's effect, but requires specific Fusion materials and can't be Special Summoned either. Good for him. newhat
I've used it. 3000 is a lot of ATK, and you can't really wall it. Nonetheless it's a giant bulls-eye.
玄魔の王
I wish Konami did stuff like this more often. If you don't care about making the game fair, at least act like you care about making someone a little bit happier.

Besides this card, since when has Konami ever cared about the happiness of its mindless consumers?
