Kitsuneko
These guys don't look very strong, but they seem interesting. I think the "When this card is Summoned, switch place it in Attack Position" effect is kind of redundant, since you can only normal summon (in Attack Position) or set monsters outside of the T.V. show. Plus, it would free up their options more when you get to Special Summon them, unless from the start you meant to cripple them on a Special Summon as well. For punctuation, in this situation you want to use "its" instead of "it's". It's is short for "It is," so I'm sure you can understand what's wrong there, although oddly enough you only made that error once while keeping it proper the other times. Probably more of a consistency thing, in that case. Overall, I'd say you did a pretty good job :
goddamnit names are a pain
I think the "When this card is Summoned, switch place it in Attack Position" effect is kind of redundant, since you can only normal summon (in Switch is correct. I think more non-Tuners are needed. Controller looks like it can be spammed in a combo with all three, quickly depleting you deck. Use? Not sure yet. Mounglacia, Tidal, etc. Seems legit though. I like the idea of a bunch of level 2- swarmers that can combo with older cards. Not like frogs either. I'd add an Extra Deck card that plays off the play these guys have.
