This is my first card post in ages so I hope it's good enough!

 

 

This card cannot be Normal summoned or set. This card can only be Special summoned by Tributing 3 FIRE monsters from you hand or on your side of the field.
- Once per turn you may discard 1 card from your hand and destroy an active monster with an ATK of 2000 or less.
- If this card is targeted by an Monster/Spell/Trap Effect, you may Negate it, if you do, this card cannot attack on your next turn.

 

EDIT: Fixed the OCG and reworked the negate effect so that it can only be used once per turn. Thanks for the feedback Kitsuneko!

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by sending, from your hand or your side of the field, 3 FIRE monsters to the Graveyard. Once per turn, you may discard 1 card from your hand and target 1 monster with an ATK of 2000 or less on the field; Destroy it. If this card is targeted by a card effect, you may negate it; This card cannot attack during the next Battle Phase.

 

I fixed the OCG text for you; the Battle Phase rework is to ensure that even if this card negates a trap effect during your Main Phase 1, it can't attack until the next turn. On the other hand, it also means that this guy will walk over Dimensional Prison / Sakuretsu Armor, but it'll still lose its attack during the next Battle Phase.

 

However, I'd like to make a recommendation...

 

The target effect should be changed to: "Once per turn, if this card is targeted by..." Otherwise, this guy becomes completely immune to effects as after one negation, he no longer suffers any consequences for using this effect. Of course, this could have been your original intention, in which case I believe you should rework the cost for negating a targetting effect.
