That was posted earlier, and it seemed a little trololol :P
BUT, i thought the idea was neat, so it inspired me to make a similar card:

Continuous Trap
Effect: While this card remains face-up on the field, the original attack of all monsters is reduced by 800.

A continuous trap seemed like the best way to introduce the effect, that way you could generate some unexpected damage with a set monster. The only way the effect is detrimental is if your opponent has no monsters, otherwise the effect can work well as a stall. I doubt there's any extremely useful effects to compliment this card, but it's kind of tempting me to build an archetype that focuses on mutual debuffs, then gaining effects from those debuffs. And yes, i know there's plenty of decks that make pretty big sacrifices for power, but that's usually discards or banishment. I'm thinking more along the line of constant field suppression on both sides... I don't think there's one that locks both itself and the opponent down to set up very specific situations to gain effects from. Thoughts?
