it's seem very nice and well-balanced card if it was created around 1-2 month ago, but since cyber archetype just get some awesome supports from that SD26, so a Cyber card with over 3000 ATK without any drawback or summoning condition seem a bit powerful (i will not use 'OP' since i think it still balance when compare to some other tyranny archetype such as DRs) since it can be easily summoned by "Cyber Network". with that card u can easily destroy any of your opponent 6200 or less ATK card, inflict some huge damage and inflict more 1300 damage to your opponent by just a single Limiter Removal, nice pic BTW.

Oh, LIGHT monster, i like this XD, looks like -Someone- already reviewed, so let's me fix some OCG for u

 

When this card destroys a monster by battle: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the ATK of the destroyed monster. When this card is destroyed: Inflict damage to your opponent equal to half the DEF of this card.

 

while fixing OCG, i  noticed that this card can be use in some old format of banished deck, since both effects of this card don't need the monster to be sent to the graveyard to activate its effect, so it can be activated even if Macro Cosmos is on the field and either the destroyed monster or this card is banished.

I recommend you use the YCM card maker instead; the text and all else is properly formatted unlike the card make you're currently using.

 

As for the card itself, it's a powerful but not overpowered card (until someone figures out a very abusive way to use it; limiter removal being one such), although it has amazing OTK potential, so in that way it's very interesting.
