I have this card in my list of cards I have created. Don't know why I haven't posted it or even remembered it.

 

This part is wrong. Can someone help me fix it?

You should make this a Level 4 instead, since it only gains ATK and DEF when the opponent attacks it.

Effect is definitely underwhelming for something that's 10 Stars. Adding to what ^ said, you need to either lower the level, or give it a more powerful effect.

Uhh when this card has max Counters, it has 4000 ATK. So I think level 4 is out of the question.

I'm going to make it have a better effect.
