Negate the attack, end the Battle Phase, and Special Summon 1 "Ambush Token" (Warrior-Type/EARTH/Level 1/ATK 100/DEF 100) for each face-up Attack Position monster your opponent controls. The only decks this would help out are degenerate burn Decks, especially since it isn't a Counter Trap like Negate Attack, which means that you can chain this card to anything during the attack.
