If this card is in your Extra Deck while you control a "Utopia" monster, you can reveal this card and add 1 "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell Card from your Graveyard to your hand.  This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls.  This card inflicts piercing damage.  If this card has a "Utopia" card as an Xyz Material, then it gains the following effect:  ● During the Battle Phase, when your opponent would activate or use the effect of a card effect: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; Negate the activation of that card and destroy it.  Then, both players take 2000 damage.
