Bombing From Hell: 

 

Foor Every "Hell" Monster on The Field Your Opponent's Monsters los 200 ATK and DEF.

Should be: Your opponent's monsters loses 200 ATK and DEF for every "Hell" monster on the Field.

Seems a little OP without any bad side effect for using this card. You should add a negative effect.

 

Hell Roarer:

 

Monster Can't Change Battle Position.

Should be: This monster cannot change battle positions.

You should probably put his attack at 2000 or 2100 because it looks a little OP with it not having a more negative effect for using it.

 

Hell Guard:

 

All "Hell" monster Gain ATK Equal to the Amount of Non Beast Type Monster on the Field x400.

Should be: All "Hell" monsters gain 400 ATK x the number of non Beast-Type monsters on the Field.

This is kinda situational but not many decks I've seen use Beast-Type, so it's a little useful. 

 

Since you are just starting this out, I can't really rate the usefulness of the archetype but you should stop capitalizing every word..

You definitely need to tone down the ATK of these monsters, or change their effects enitrely. 

As it stands, Roarer is a 2.3k Level 4, which is just insane, and his restricting effect isn't really detrimental.

As soon as Guard comes out, Roarer moves up to 2.7K, and Guard shows up with 2K as a Level 3.

 

You might also want to check out the thread on OCG, the grammar on most of your cards are really bad.
