Cannot be Special Summoned. You must Tribute 3 Dragon-Type monsters to Tribute Summon this card. You can banish 1 Dragon-Type monster from your Graveyard to negate the activation of a card or card effect and destroy that card. When this card is banished, return all banished Dragon-Type monsters to your Deck.

 

The Match Winner cards are all pretty cool design wise, it's a real shame that they're wasted on unusable cards. So I thought to reuse their designs and give them new, retrained effects based off their types and images. Hoping to make this a series.

 

First up we have Victory Dragon, with the ability to negate any effect so long as he can remove from play (sorry banish) a Dragon from the grave. And if Victory Dragon banished, he and the other dragons return to the deck. I also switched ATK and DEF, I think that 2400 ATK is a little on the low side for V. Dragon's long term livability, and decided to make another edit.

Thank you, I'm still not quite used to the post-XYZ OCG, kinda quit before they came in and only recently got back in.

 

Given that having to Tribute Summon V. Dragon with 3 other dragons, I wanted to make him reusable and able to come back if banished. Plus this allows him to be overpowered by the enemy (sent to the graveyard) or used more cleverly (Soul Release as a sort of half-Pot of Avarice).

Its really broken for what it does in a format where dragon rulers are a thing.

This + Dragon Rulers = WTF

Considering the incredible amount of spam summon Dragon decks can put out, this guy shouldn't be a hard summon by mid game, and pretty much nothing but Spell Speed 3 can stop it. The tributes themselves act as fodder for the effect, and mixed in with Dragon Ruler effects, you can protect yourself and go off at the same time. Then, when this thing finally dies, you can just banish it to replenish your deck and say fuck you to your opponent. You can abuse this guy so hard and get away with it in the end because of his secondary effect.
