Simple.

Angelic, the angel-reaper of the D.D.  LIGHT/fairy/level 10  ATK:0/DEF:0
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by another Effect monster's effect. This card's ATK and DEF cannot increase by any card effects. This card cannot be destroyed by battle. You take no Battle Damage from battles involving this card. When this card declares an attack, if you banish 1 Spell or Trap Card from your hand, decrease the ATK of attack target to 0 until the end of Battle Phase. If this card destroy a monster by battle, place 1 Angel Counter on it. If this card is removed from the field, remove it from play. During each of your Standby Phases, if this card have 3 Angel Counters, you win the duel.

Counter Trap Card
When your opponent activates a Spell/Trap Card, or monster effect, while you control a face-up level 7 or higher LIGHT Fairy-type monster: Negate the activation, and if you do, destroy that card.

You put a clause on your card that states that it's ATK and DEF cannot be altered, yet it has 0 ATK. 

AFAIK, when a battle occurs between two 0 ATK monsters, neither are destroyed, rendering this card useless. Perhaps you should change the effect so that this card can actually destroy monsters by battle, such as making its ATK 100, or something.

> I'm going to assume that by D.D. you meant Different Dimension, a series of cards that already exist in YGO. But they focus on banishing opponent's cards/themselves (only ones I can think of that don't are Dragon and Jet Iron), so maybe you should work on that.

 

The Trap Card is just another generic negate card, kind of like a tweaked solemn designed for Fairy-Type.

About the ATK, actually, I should have left at 100 or 50.

About the D.D., if you read the card, it has effects involving the banished zone.

About the Trap Card, can be used as a generic, but I also created to be used in this case, since I already had a Exodius deck, and the big problem of this deck is neither the ATK or the cemetery, but the opponent's spells and traps. To avoid this, i created this card.
