[spoiler='Lore']If your opponent controls a monster(s) and the only monsters you control (if any) are Fish-Type, you can Special Summon this card (from your hand). When the Level of a Fish-Type monster you control changes: You can target 1 Attack Position monster your opponent controls; change that target to Defense Position, and if you do, draw 1 card.
