Sora1499
It's just so bad. Sylvans only run like 3 level 2s total. Getting all 3 of them on the field at once just to make a crummy Xyz is damn near impossible, and hardly viable. Then, the actual card itself. The ATK is puny for a 3-mat rank 2. It's gonna be dead the next turn, guaranteed, but the effect is what kills it. You get rid of your entire hand for... A crummy low level plant from the deck or graveyard? Granted, Lonefire is damn powerful, but certainly not worth sacrificing 3 cards in-hand for. Sylvans already have a problem with hand advantage as-is. You should make it a 2-mat rank 3, cuz that's the most common low level monster used in Sylvans, and make it require Plant-Type mats. Then you should bump the ATK to like 18-19, then make the effect something better.

goddamnit names are a pain
3 is a bit much to summon. Dandylion, Lone Fire, etc. I haven't seen Sylvans in action yet, so I could just be stupid. Not bad on the second effect though. The first being once per turn is overkill. Sora1499
It's waaaaaaay too good now. It becomes an OTK enabler: Drop 2 3s and a Lonefire, grab Regia or w/e, make a rank 3, nuke field, gg. You should make it shuffle 1 card to summon 1 monster and reduce the pop effect to just 1 card. Sora1499
Yup, that works. You should also add a "You can only control 1 of this card" clause.

-Noel-
that's pretty nice card, however, from my experience of Shinra, i think for the Xyz monster, rank 1 look most fit for them if u specified the Material to be only "Sylvan" monster, since Peaskeeper is the only monster that its effect triggering when SSed (others need Normal, Flip or Ignition) so the easiest way to have 2 or more Sylvans monsters as the same turn if not protected from last turn is by Peaskeeper effect, but yea, rank 3 are not so hard if u have another Leaflow in Grave, normal summoned it, and was able to place Peaskeeper on top of deck before that. about its effect, it's well balanced after some previous comments and yea, i dont see any point to ss other monster than Lonefire since that lv.3 Leaflow effect only trigger when it's normal summoned, but who knows, maybe Konami will release some lv.3 Sylvan with the "When this card is Special Summoned: Reveal 3..." or sth. like that XD, nice card overall :)

However I don't know about making it Rank 1.
