True Distopia

So, I've seem quite some cards recently that were the "Evil" "bad" "Ugly" "Badass" version of utopia, Distopia. While I liked their concepts, they were all much the same. 

Number 93: Fiend: Rank 4. 

Pretty much nothing to do with Utopia, except for when the Effects align. Now, I've tried my personal Distopia, which is to my liking. (Of course, that's my personal opinion). 

 

Without furder ado: 

Here he is, 2XC Number 33: Distopia!

2 Rank 5 XYZ monsters. 

If this card was summoned with the effect of a RUM card using a "Utopia" Card as the XYZ material, it gains the following effect:

If this card is attacked, you can detach one XYZ material from this card. If you do, the battle is negated, and your opponent takes damage equal to half the ATK of the monster used to attack. If this card is attacked when it doesn't have any XYZ materials attached to it, you can tribute it to special summon one "Utopia" monster from the graveyard (Except number C39: Utopia Ray), and attach this card to it as XYZ material.

I'm pretty sure that "Distopia" is not the correct spelling for "Dystopia." (Unless you intended to name it "Distopia.")

And I'm also sure that the required materials are invalid. (Example: "Number C39: Utopia Ray" required materials is: 3 Level 4 LIGHT monsters.)

2 Rank 5 Xyz monsters. 

If this card was Summoned with the effect of a "Rank-Up-Magic" Spell card using a "Utopia" monster card as an Xyz Material, it gains this effect:

● If this card is the target of an attack, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; end the Battle Phase and your opponent takes damage equal to half the ATK of the monster that declared an attack on this card. While this card does not have an Xyz Material attached to it; you can Special Summon 1 "Utopia" monster from your Graveyard, except "Number C39: Utopia Ray," and attach this card to it as an Xyz Material.

Make it 'all attack position monster your opponent control must attack this card'. In order to maximizing the first effect of your card. Otherwise Nobody would attack this Xyz
