Goose
3 Level 1 monsters Once per turn: You can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card; draw 1 card, then shuffle 1 card from your hand into the Deck. Are there any uses for this card?

newhat
It's a disrespek card in Kinka-Flora; can't think of anything else.
evilfusion
This is probably THE worst Number in the game. Absurdly costly Summon Condition of 3 Level 1 monsters, when Level 1s are actually pretty difficult to spam other than Tokens, which can't be used for Xyz Material. Horrible stats of a mere 500/600. No protection whatsoever from battle or card effects, making all that investment a huge waste since it's so easy to kill. And its effect is pretty mediocre because you draw a card, then return a card from the hand to the Deck, once per turn. So it's a +0, and with so much effort and resources and how vulnerable it is, I honestly don't think you will ever want to play it over Number 54 (which is actually decent for a 3 Mat Rank 1) or Slacker Magician (a 2 Mat Rank 1 with a solid effect). If it had the Number clause where it couldn't die in Battle except by Numbers, MAYBE it'd be okay. And the anime obviously hated it, since it got brief prominence purely for Kaito to debut and annihilate the guy, then later have Tron Summon it via Sphere Field and NOT USE ITS EFFECT. Amusingly, Kaito did dismissively make a comment like "So, that's your Number's full strength?" before winning. And for some reason, Goldrat was in ATK position for the winning attack. Yeah, Goldrat sucks. The only reason it has any value at all is because it's a Number.
