i created a few cards quite a while ago, and i just want info on how to make them less overpowered

 

Kitty Katswell

Rank 5

beast/xyz/effect

Effect:

3 level 5 monsters

There can only be 1 monster with the name "kitty katswell" on the field. This card gains ATK and DEF equal to half of the ATK and DEF of it's xyz materials, respectively. once per turn,you may detach 1 xyz material, search your hand or graveyard for level/rank 5 monster and attach it to this card as an xyz material.

ATK: 1500 DEF: 1500

Rank 10

Effect:

3 level 10 monsters

This card's ATK and DEF are equal to half of the ATK and DEF of it's xyz materials, respectively. once per turn, you may detach 1 xyz material, search your hand or graveyard or for 1 level/rank 10 monster and attach it to this card as an xyz material. When this card is removed from the field, special summon 1 kitty Katswell" from your graveyard.

Choose 1 Xyz monster on your side of field and special summon an Xyz monster from your extra deck with a higher rank than the monster on the field, using the monster on the field and it's Xyz materials as Xyz materials(this special summon is treated as an Xyz summon and cannot be negated)

(This card is really overpowered, as the way you worded it: I could literally Special Summon a Rank 10 monster from having a Rank 4 on my field.)

how could i make surge of katswell less OP?

Doesn't seem TOO overpowered. But maybe have some drawbacks to the cards so people will think twice before they use them.

well i was thinking of maybe double the rank instead of just higher rank, but i'm more of a a collector than a player, so i don't pay attention to what's OP and what's not, Any ideas would be nice anyway.
