You can only activate this effect of "Baby Burst Dragon" once per turn. You can banish this card and 1 Dragon-type monster from your Graveyard; Special Summon 1 Level 8 monster from your Graveyard. Manpole Posted December 17, 2013 Report Share Posted December 17, 2013 Its first effect can be helpful however I don't see it being to great, the second effect however seems almost too good for a rank 1 that only requires 2 materials. Its hard to judge if that can be too good, if anything I would at least restrict it to a level 8 dragon type monster?
