Blood Blood
Living in Hell is this cards name! A card that can win you the duel or lose it for you. Criticism is accepted, or is it..? It is I don't know why I wrote it. Do you live in hell, I know I do.Lore: You must take 500 damage during each of your Standby Phases to control this card or banish this card. If your opponent has more Life Points than you do, all monsters you control gain 1000 ATK. If your opponent has less Life Points than you do, all monsters you control gain 1000 DEF. Every time your opponent draws a card during their Main Phase, inflict 2000 damage to your opponent. Both players must discard a card to Normal Summon a monster. Both players must pay 500 Life Points to activate a Spell/Trap card. Both players must pay 300 Life Points to activate a monster effect. When this card leaves the field, your opponent gains 3000 Life Points. You can only use 1 'Living in Hell' Spell card per duel Do you think this card is broken? I don't because I can't think of a deck that can misuse this card! Actually I can think of a few like Exodia who can just sit back.
Luna Lovegood
Wouldn't it be "Pay 500 Life Points during each your Standby Phase or banish this card."? What's the purpose of this card? Is it just to put a bunch of costs on anything, or is it to speed up/slow down the game? It feels like it lacks a theme - at once it simultaneously: increases ATK/DEF, adds LP costs, adds discarding costs, slows down the game, speeds up the game, and can easily be abused by your opponent. Unless that's what you're going for, of course. If that's true, I'd probably still try to focus it a bit more or go all out for messing up the game. Maybe make the ATK/DEF changes somewhat stranger or add costs for some strange things (i.e. a direct attack or something). Adding LP costs speeds the game up, but forcing players to discard to NS slows the game down (plus when this card is removed from the field your opponent gains 3000 LP) In terms of balance, the last clause probably makes it very weak. It isn't hard for your opponent to remove it from the field, The card art is decent, if a little dark. It's sort of hard to tell what is going on but I like it and I guess it fits the card effect. Hope that's a long enough review? The advanced clause is really weird... Not sure how it works but ok.
Blood Blood
I was trying to make a card that works in burn decks, as it does inflict a lot of damage but you also take damage.
Luna Lovegood
This sort of fits a burn deck, but then there are the other parts of the effect that have nothing to do with LP costs. If you removed those or altered them it would make sense for sure. The only issue I foresee for this card in a burn deck is relying on the opponent doing thinks so that they lose LP - if they ran a stall deck they could just sit there and wouldn't take any damage.
